Kindro.me provides photo processing services to help users create passport-compliant photos. The Service includes:

  • Automatic background removal
  • Face detection and centering
  • Image resizing to passport specifications
  • Compliance checking against passport photo requirements

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Upload only photos that you have the right to use
  • Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
  • Use the Service only for its intended purpose
  • Verify that processed photos meet official requirements before use

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. While we strive to produce compliant passport photos, we cannot guarantee that photos will be accepted by government agencies. Users are responsible for verifying compliance with official requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

Kindro.me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to rejection of passport photos by government agencies.

6. Data Retention

Uploaded and processed photos are retained for 30 days to allow for downloading and re-processing. After this period, photos are automatically deleted. IP addresses may be retained for security and rate-limiting purposes.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
